Apna Driver – Terms & Conditions (ग्राहकों हेतु नियम व शर्तें)

1. Booking & Duty Hours

• 3 Hours Plan – Short trips within Jabalpur city.
• 10 Hours Plan – Ideal for a full working day or extended travel.
• 12 Hours Plan – Flexible long duty for longer daily requirements.
• 24 Hours Plan – Round-the-clock driver service for one full day.

Overtime: If the service exceeds booked hours, overtime charges of ₹99 per hour will apply.

2. Charges & Payment

1. Duty charges include the driver’s fee and company service fee.
2. Overtime Charges – ₹99 per hour after booked duty plan ends.
3. Payment – Must be made immediately after duty ends (Cash, UPI, or digital mode).
4. No bargaining or reduction of charges after booking confirmation.

3. Booking Cancellation

1. Advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking.
2. If customer cancels after paying, ₹99 cancellation fee will be deducted.
3. If company cancels, full advance refund will be provided.

4. Customer Responsibility

1. Provide accurate booking details (pickup, drop, timing, vehicle type).
2. Treat drivers respectfully; no illegal or unsafe use of service.
3. Customer is responsible for personal belongings.
4. Ensure vehicle has valid insurance, registration & fuel before duty.

5. Safety & Conduct

1. Customers must cooperate and behave safely.
2. Drivers will never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or unsafe conditions.
3. Misbehavior or unsafe requests may terminate service without refund.

6. Company Rights

1. Apna Driver reserves the right to accept or reject bookings.
2. Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled due to emergencies.
3. The company may update duty plans, charges, or policies at any time.

7. Disclaimer

1. Apna Driver only provides trained drivers, not vehicles.
2. Vehicle, documents, fuel, and fines are customer’s responsibility.
3. The company is not responsible for accidents or damages due to vehicle condition.
